Unwanted or Unsuitable Items
If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken). You are responsible for the cost and effort of returning unwanted items to us.
Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights. You are responsible for sending the item back to us and we will reimburse you for the shipping cost.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within a reasonable period of time. You are responsible for sending the item back to us and we will reimburse you for the shipping cost.
Items Received In Error
If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us within 72 hours. You are responsible for sending the item back to us and we will reimburse you for the shipping cost.
How to Return a Product

Please pack the items so that they will not be damaged in transit. Include a copy of your receipt/delivery note and a brief note of the reason for return.
Shipping Items Back
We do ask you to arrange the return back to us and then we can reimburse your cost for damaged, incorrect or faulty items. We do understand this may involved extra effort on your behalf. We do offer a pickup courier service, however the problem with this is that you need to be able to print the courier label (we will email) and to be available to hand the item to the courier (a time slot cannot be provided).
