While we try and ensure that all prices and decriptions on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price description or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

Paying by Credit or Debit Card
We accept Switch, MasterCard, Visa and Delta. All charges are made in Pounds Sterling. All transactions made with your chosen credit/debit card will appear on your statement as "Toy Shop London". We do no accept American Express.

Order Refunds
Refunds can take 3-5 working days in the UK to appear back on your credit card/debit card. This is a standard process in the UK. International credit card systems caan take up-to 30 days depending on the card issuer.
