We have tried our best within our resources to make this website as easy as possible however things are not always perfect. So this page will provide you with some common issues that may occur during the ordering process:

Payment Issues - We use two payment processing gateways to handle securely online payments. SagePay and GoogleCheckout. The most common problem is with your credit card details not matching with your credit card address. When ordering ensure your BILLING ADDRESS matches your credit card/debit card address, so exactly how it appears on your credit card statement. This is required to complete a full security match.

Paypal Issues - Please ensure your Paypal account is verified, see the Paypal help pages for the correct process.

Delivery address - We do try to ensure the UK Counties are correct, however they can sometimes be incorrect, we suggest you choose the closest county then use the comments field to inform us, the most important part of your address is your door number/name and your postcode.

American Express - We do not accept AMEX payments online

No Shipping Option - We have restricted shipping to locations that we can cost effectively ship to at present, please ensure when creating your account that you have a space in the relevant part of your postcode as the shipping is based on the correct postcode. E.G. HA29BN (incorrect) HA2 9BN (correct)

We have a manual ordering system for customers that experience problems. Create the basket of goods you want then on the Basket page choose "EMAIL BASKET", we will receive your basket and can manually process your order by contacting you.
