- Creating account - When creating
your account, we have two parts for the postcode, in the first box click
the drop down arrow and find the first part of your postcode e.g.
HA2, then type the remainder in the second box.
- Ship to different address - You can
have a different shipping address, ensure your billing address is the same as
your credit card, then you can ADD ADDRESS for the delivery
- Paypal Payments - Please ensure your
paypal account is VERIFIED, if it is not there will be a delay and we will
request proof of address before processing your order
- International Credit/Debit Cards -
Unfortunately our website is designed around selling to the UK market, our
payment providing (SagePay) can often prevent Non-UK cards as we have enabled
fraud protection mechanisms.

We have a manual ordering system for customers that
experience problems. Create the basket of goods you want then on the Basket
page choose "EMAIL BASKET", we will receive your basket and can manually
process your order by contacting you.
