As a rapidly growing company we continue to improve our website, we have just launched version 3 (Lets call it Toy Shop London Story 3 for fun). The following are new features for our special customers:

• Advanced Search - We feel we have covered different customers ways to find products, on the left you can find products by brands & characters, or my categories or by price. Along the top we have an advanced search that will bring up products as you type, on the right you can do a standard keyword search. In the main header you have our most popular categories.
• Send Basket to Sales - We have a real toy shop in Harrow, most of our store customers like the personal touch. So we thought we would try and do this on our website as well. You can now build a basket, and instead of processing online, you may have custom requirements or you feel happier paying for your items over the phone via credit card rather than over the internet. Well you can, create your basket then on the basket page click "Send Basket to Sales" complete the details and send the basket. You can then call us to process the order over the phone or we can call you.
• YouTube Videos - Some of our products are better presented than described, so when possible we will upload a video to our YouTube channel so that you can view promotional videos on the item before purchasing.
• Free Phone - If you need to contact us, then use our new Freephone number.
• Faster Site - Our previous site was slowing down, so we have taken the next step. This new site is 80% faster than our previous site. We have another plan to upgrade again in 2011 but step by step.
• Facebook - Facebook is a powerful social channel, we will be using it to provide promotions, special discounts and information. Please join our Facebook group by clicking on the Facebook panel. We will not bombard you with junk, only useful information.
• Stock Levels - We now clearly show if products are out of stock, we have at present 5000 products on our website, but our stock levels change by the hour.
• GoogleCheckout - GoogleCheckout is rapidly becoming a secure way to make payments. Our international customers will be able to use GoogleCheckout to pay for orders when our normal service (SagePay) is not sufficient.
• Buy 1 Get 1 Free - We will have special promotion on items when possible with Buy 1 get 1 (or another toy) free
• Livechat - Livechat is like using MSN Messenger, we aim to be online for chats between normal shop hours, but also in the evenings.

These are some of the main features, we hope you agree this is a big step forward and we will over the next 12 months keep progressing.
