• STANDARD – We aim to deliver within 10 business days either by courier or UK Postoffice Service. *Free delivery for orders over £50 to mainland UK.
• EXPRESS – We aim to delivery within 4 business days normally by courier
• NEXT BUSINES DAY – We aim to delivery within 2 business days

NOTES

• Our courier service will require a signature. Delivery failures will be returned to us and will have a re-delivery charge or cancellation charge.
• Our expected delivery is based on the first attempt to delivery we cannot refund you if you are not in during that attempt and therefore delays occur, this is beyond our control. During adverse weather conditions please allow extra time for your delivery to arrive, this is beyond our control.
• Courier deliveries are Monday to Friday only (except Public Holidays), normally between 9am and 6pm.
• Our charges are fixed priced based on service and location not value of order
• Deliveries after the Cut-off time may be processed on the next business day (Mon-Fri)
• Scottish Highlands includes postcodes: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50.
  Scottish Islands includes postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.
  Isle of White includes postcodes PO30 – PO31
