Standard Deliveries - We will normally use UK Royal Mail Postal Service

Isle of White - Due to the extra cost applied by couriers, packages to Isle of White will be sent by UK Royal Mail Postal Service, the service will be downgraded from Express/Next Business Day to Standard.

We have a fixed price per order charge based on the speed of delivery you require rather than size of package

* We have a cut-off each day to ensure the order is ready for the courier, after that time the order may not leave until the next business day.
TELEPHONE ORDERS
We prefer orders via our website as the payment is secured and your order details are not prone to errors (e.g. address). However we do understand customers would like to place orders over the phone and we are prepared for such orders.
However the delivery charge will be more for telephone orders as our till systems (used to process telephone orders) does not have the technology to calculate individual shipping on a postcode basis as with our website. Standard UK Main is £4.99.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Our focus is on delivering an exceptional service to the UK market, and working with couriers to reduce shipping costs. We do have a solution for international customers called “EMAIL BASKET”. Basically put together the basket with items you would like to order, then on the checkout/basket page click “EMAIL BASKET” complete the details and use the comments section to provide details. Our sales team will calculate the shipping costs and provide you with details, you can then proceed to place the order. Please note it is not an order until fully processed and stock is not allocated.
